Diagnostic Review
- First we need to review your existing books.
- Then we formulate a plan to clean-up or catch-up your books.

Clean-up or Catchup
- Go back through your books and correct any problems identifed.
- If you have not started bookkeeping, or you need to just start clean, we set you up with accounting software, and do a catchup.
- Generally begins January 1st after your last income tax return.

Conduct Monthly Bookkeeping
- Enter or upload and categorize all transactions for the month.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure completeness.
- Maintain chart of accounts as needed.
- Close the books at the end of the year
- Provide year-end financial statements to your tax preparer so you are not doing “the scramble.”

Report and analyze your numbers.
- Review and issue financial statements monthly.
- Meet with you monthly on a video call to review statements.
- Analyze key performance indicators that we make sense for you.
- Communicate with you and answer questions in plain language.
- Educate you in financial matters at your level and how you need to understand your business finances.
